Cleaning costs exist on a broad spectrum which encompass multiple factors such as the square footage of the home, how many rooms need to be cleaned, the uncleanliness level of the space, what kind of flooring, for example wood, carpet, tile, etc. as well as what service is required.

Although hiring an individual cleaner can often be cheaper, a cleaning company such as ours provides liability insurance for added peace of mind and protection in case of theft or damage. We are also legally registered to operate as a business in the tri-county area.

We understand that cleaning skills and rates can vary greatly among the competitors therefore we offer economical flat rate pricing with no hidden fees or unexpected up-charges.
